CITYZ FiveM Server – Tebex Store Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cityz FiveM server Tebex store (the “Store”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Store, creating an account, or completing any purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store or make any purchases.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Purchases made by minors are the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Services

The Store offers virtual items, currency (Coins), Battle Pass access, and custom packages (including business, faction, organization, or other custom development) for use exclusively on the Cityz FiveM server.

  • Coins and Battle Pass purchases are delivered instantly. After payment, redeem them in-game via the F2 menu using your unique Tebex transaction number (tbx-number).
  • Custom packages (businesses, factions, organizations, or any other custom work) require development time. Delivery times vary and may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase confirmation. We will communicate progress where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee specific completion dates beyond the stated maximum.

All virtual items, currency, and custom content are licensed for personal, non-transferable use solely on the Cityz server. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash or other real-world benefits outside the server.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the Store and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through Tebex and its payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

4. No Refunds – All Purchases Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to redeem items
  • Dissatisfaction with the product or service
  • Account bans, suspensions, or loss of access to the server (whether temporary or permanent)
  • Server downtime, technical issues, or changes to game features
  • In-game bugs, glitches, or balance changes

Coins, Battle Pass, and custom packages cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once purchased.

5. Bugs, Issues, and Support

No refunds will be provided for bugs, glitches, or other in-game issues. If you encounter a problem, you must report it promptly through the official Cityz support channels so it can be investigated and fixed as soon as possible. If you do not report an issue, we cannot address or resolve it.

We do not guarantee that the server, Store, or any purchased items will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs.

6. Account and Redemption Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing the correct Tebex transaction number (tbx-number) when redeeming
  • Ensuring your in-game account is correctly linked
  • Safeguarding your account credentials

We are not responsible for failed redemptions caused by incorrect information, account issues, or failure to follow redemption instructions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to chargeback, dispute, or reverse any payment after delivery
  • Use purchased items for commercial purposes outside the intended Cityz server use
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
  • Resell, transfer, or trade virtual items outside authorized server systems
  • Engage in any activity that harms the server, other players, or our business including but not limited to threats, harassment, ultimatums and toxicity

Violation of these rules may result in permanent ban from the server and Store without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, virtual items, custom packages, and materials related to Cityz and the Store remain the exclusive property of the Cityz server operators. Purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the items on the Cityz server only. You acquire no ownership rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cityz, its operators, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store, purchases, or the server, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, access, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific purchase.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cityz, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of purchased items, or any chargeback/dispute you initiate.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the product constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban your accounts, withhold future service, and pursue recovery of any losses incurred (including fees charged by payment processors).

12. Changes to the Server or Products

We may modify, update, remove, or discontinue any virtual items, features, packages, or the Store itself at any time without notice or liability. Previously purchased items may be affected by balance changes, wipes, or server updates.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on the Store page.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Cityz server operators are based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of that jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, including the strict no-refund policy.
